These keycaps have topre stems.  All keys are 100% resin cast: there is no coating or surface treatment.  
 
Bubblegum fizz is effervescent pink with lots and lots of mica.
 
Spacebars have Topre stems and interface with standard HHKB stablilizers, and also have party-horn bump pads.
